Ask with the context you choose
Select the text first and it comes along with your question automatically.
Turn a vague request into a useful question
Example: “Explain this paragraph in plain English. Keep the two dates exactly as written, then list the questions I should ask the author.”
For a draft, specify the audience, purpose and length. For an explanation, say what you need clarified, then follow up in the same conversation.
Bring a reference. Ask for sources.
Attach photos or screenshots to your question. Review the selected images before sending; they are processed in the cloud with your question.
Turn on web search for up-to-date answers; with web search on, answers include sources. For the hard ones, turn on deep thinking.
Use dictation and the assistant for different jobs
Dictation writes your words into a text field. The assistant answers your question in a separate conversation.
Local conversations, cloud answers
Your conversations stay on your computer. Answers come from the cloud, so you'll need to be online.
A voice prompt or a voice assistant?
Use voice typing in a compatible ChatGPT, Claude or coding-assistant field, or paste the result. Open SayDart’s assistant when you want SayDart to answer. It does not connect your accounts in those other apps or submit prompts for you.
